Because tapping into a film or tv show that sparks your interest can aid your recovery so it's in your interest to take the time to sit back and consciously be in the moment to consider whether anything that's being said resonates with you and then by doing a bit of self-analysis you'll see why you're being affected by the characters experiences. 

The aim is to help you embrace screen time as a tool to self-soothe and learn a bit about your personality and why you behave the way you do which could be as a result of life events or the influence that others have on you as these factors can leave you lacking confidence, self-esteem or joy.
